FAQs

Can I leave AlpenGlow outside overnight?

Keeping it outside overnight at your campsite is totally fine. AlpenGlow is IPX4 rated, which means it can handle dew and rain. For best protection against the elements, keep the ports securely closed with the rubber doors. We recommend bringing it inside during freezing temps for best care of the internal battery.

How do I know how much battery is left?

You can easily keep track of your AG mini's battery life by giving a quick glance at the LED lights on the front. They'll let you know how much juice you have left!

How long does it take to recharge?

Approximately 3 hours.

Can I use this in the rain?

Yes, the AG Mini has an IPX4 rating. This means it is resistant to water splashes from any direction. We do not recommend submerging in water or extended use in a downpour.

What can the bungee cord fit around?

We recommend a max diameter of 0.75”

How durable is the bungee cord?

The bungee cord was stretch tested over 5000 times to ensure elasticity stays functional.

Best travel night light ever!!

We’ve had this light for over two years and it’s awesome!! We use it as a travel nightlight for our two kids and the adjustable brightness and colors make it perfect for camping, hotels and cruise cabins. No issues at all with the battery fading, we still get multiple nights out of a charge. Yes, the price is steep, but this little light is worth it, especially when outlets are limited or non-existent.

Great for Camping

Awesome little light that gives off a big glow. Used when camping and playing games on the picnic table when the grand kids are sleeping in the trailer. I love the products.
